How to use
Pick a platform, or "All platforms" if you post the same video everywhere.
Download the transparent layer and put it on the top track in CapCut, Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
Place hook text inside the yellow box, and keep captions, faces and key action inside the green area.
Hide or delete the guide layer before you export.
About these numbers
These guides were measured from the apps in 2026. Apps change their layouts, and very long titles or captions can reach higher, so leave some extra room. "All platforms" combines the largest margins of the three, so a video built to it stays clear on every one.
